Little Dungeon Stories is a pixel art roguelike card-based game developed by David Moralejo Sánchez. The game is inspired by adventure, combat, and RPG games like Zelda, Enter the Gungeon, and Reigns. The game is set in a crypt where a rumor says that an unfathomable treasure is kept. You enter the crypt as an adventurer, trying to find the treasure and survive the dangers of the dungeon.

The game's dungeon is unpredictable, and each floor brings new items, monsters, deadly traps, different curses, and areas to explore while trying to keep your health, energy, humanity, and money at maximum. The game has enchanted items like magic items, powerful weapons, and shields to combat imminent dangers. Be careful not to spend more than you owe when you replenish with the stores you find.

The dungeon is dangerous, and enemies, items, and actions will make your character suffer different status effects that will change the way you play. The game has unlockable classes, weapons, and companions, and the more you play, the greater the chance you'll unlock new cards and content within the Dungeon. You can explore the crypt's five unique areas, each with its own set of dangers, such as monsters, unique bosses, and traps.
